The appraisal always includes an on-site visit to the property. An appraiser contacts you to arrange the day and time, and inspects the property in person.

- Contact details of the person who will provide access to the property

What is an industrial appraisal?
A technical report with full guarantees
An industrial property appraisal is a technical report that sets the real value of manufacturing buildings, logistics warehouses or distribution centres. It must be carried out by an approved expert valuer.
Important: If the report supports a mortgage application, Spanish law requires compliance with Ministerial Order ECO 805/2003. It is also essential to choose an appraisal company approved by the Bank of Spain, as is the case of Tasvalor.
